How
do I start making booking?
It is open for you to start your booking by choosing hotel, spa or golf.
At the later stage you are still able to add hotel, spa or golf to your
already made booking. This is absolutely up to you. We try to simplify
the booking process to be hassle free as much as we can.
How
long would it take to confirm a booking?
Normally after the booking has been received, our staffs try their utmost
effort to confirm the booking within 1 working-day. However this also
depends on the period of the booking and working hours of the hotels.
How
would I know if my booking has been confirmed?
When the booking has been confirmed, our staffs will immediately send
you an email containing Voucher of your booking (hotels, spa or golf).
You must show this email upon checking or usage of the services. So please
carefully keep this email with you when traveling.
My
booking has been confirmed. How do I make sure that the hotel has also
been informed about my booking?
We work closely with hotels. We have connection directly to the hotels
not through any third-party. You can rest assure that the hotel will
be well informed about your booking because we confirm with the hotel
before then we confirm back to you.
Is
it possible to add spa and golf into my hotel booking?
Yes, absolutely. We have designed our booking process in the way that
you can make hotel booking first and then add golf and spa bookings later.
Are
there any differences between hotel, golf and spa booking processes?
There are just small differences when you book hotel, golf or spa as
the detail of each service is not identical. For hotel you have to provide
check-in/out dates, room details and guest information. Spa you have
to choose only the date, time, treatments, and number of people. As for
Golf, you have to select the date, time, and number of players.
Although the details are not same but the process of the bookings are
similar. This is to create as little difficulties as possible for our
customers.
Can
I book golf or spa separately?
Yes, of course. You can book your hotel with golf and spa or just book
for a spa or golf individually without any problem.
Amend
and Cancel booking
What
is the latest time I can cancel or amend my booking?
The latest time you could cancel or amend your booking is defined by
the hotels, spas and golf courses. Please check our Cancellation Policy
for more detail.
What
is your amendment and cancellation procedure?
To cancel or amend any of your booking, please write us an email stating
the booking code and the reasons of the amendment or cancellation. This
might incur some charges depending on the number of days in advance when
our staff is informed and the period of the booking (high, peak season
incur different penalties). Please check our Amendment and Cancellation

Would
you charge me for amendment or cancellation?
We try utmost effort to minimize the amendment and cancellation fee.
However it is depend on the policies of each hotels, spas and golf courses
to charge for amendment or cancellation. Please check our Amendment and
Cancellation Policy for more detail.
What
if I would like to change the hotel?
Typically, changing of a hotel is considered as cancellation of the previous
hotel and booking for a new one. So it might possibly incur some cancellation
charge imposed by the hotel.

it safe to pay by credit card online?
Nowadays paying by credit card over the internet is very secure. People
around the world get used to it. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit
encryption to transmit your personal and credit card data over the Internet.
Simply put, we only allow the transmission of your sensitive data over

What
are Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are the invention of the Visa
and MasterCard companies to fight credit card fraud and improve online
transaction security. They authenticated the person who making the transaction
is the real owner of the credit card.
How
do you handle my Credit Card details?
By using Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, none of your credit
card details will be kept on BookingAnywhere web site.
Why
does my Credit Card slip show Thailand Baht (THB) not the currency I
saw online?
You are able to change the display currency of the web site to your preferred
currency when looking for hotel, spa or golf. The rates shown in display
currency are for reference only. We always charge your credit card in
Thailand Baht (THB).
Why
are your exchange rate calculations different than mine?
The exchange rates used in Thailand and outside are different. This is
due to the policy of Bank of Thailand. We do not gain any benefit from
this differences.
Refund:
How
long would it take to get my refund back?
We refund you booking immediately. However the processing time is depend
on your Credit Card Issuing Bank. Normally you should get the refund
within 7 working days. Rarely, in some case it might take up to 1 month.
Price:
Are
all the rates already including Taxes and service charges?
Sometime you will find that prices on our website are higher than others.
The prices shown on our website are net price. There are no hidden Taxes
or services charges.
Are
the prices eligible for every nationality?
Yes, even this will make us more expansive than our competitors but we
felt that it is fairer to show prices those are eligible for every nationality.
Would
I get the same prices if I contact the hotel directly?
Unfortunately, you would not find the same prices as you received from
us. The prices are special for BookingAnywhere. In case you would like
